Keto and Gratitude Go Together
This is going out on Thanksgiving. You may be reading or hearing this on some other day, and that’s fine.
It’s a topic that doesn’t get enough attention.
There is a huge mental aspect to keto, body image, losing weight, gaining weight, and more.
You could say that it’s all mental in one way. How you see yourself is the beginning and end of all things you do for self improvement.
An attitude of gratitude is a super power. It is a world beating weapon. If you know how to get there.
This is Serious
Keto and gratitude go together because your attitude determines your altitude. I know, these sound like cheesy self help slogans. But they are extremely serious.
When you see everything through a negative mind, it will all look hopeless and bad to you.
If you are overweight, you have plenty of food! Tens of millions around the world barely survive. They live day to day.
Do you have a roof over your head? Then, you are extremely lucky.
If you are reading this, well, I can’t tell you how lucky you are! (Just kidding).
But seriously, you MUST balance your mental view of the world, if you want to have a happy life.
You can pick anything in your life and make it big.
Try this. Hold your arms straight in front of you. Make your hands into “thumbs up”, so your thumbs are sticking straight up.
Now look straight ahead. Slowly bring your thumbs toward your eyes.
They get bigger and bigger. Bring them all the way to your eyes until they cover your eyes and you can’t see anything except your thumbs. Your thumbs aren’t big enough to block your view of the world, unless you do it to yourself.
This is what we do. We make small things into huge things so we can’t go around them.
Gratitude puts everything in it’s place.
Sit down now and list all the things you are grateful for. Oxygen, the sky, the stars, the moon. People, pets, friends, relations. Time to do things you like.
I’m simple. I’m fine with a little nature and fresh air around me.
Keto and gratitude go together. So, high on your list, is gratitude that you know about keto. How many people don’t even know where to start to lose weight and get healthy.
Start your day with gratitude. Start your meals with gratitude and a prayer if you are so inclined. In fact, start everything with gratitude. Lead with gratitude. When you speak let gratitude come out.
Are there still problems? Of course. But we are putting them in their proper place….after gratitude.
It costs nothing to let gratitude dominate you.
It could cost you everything to forget to be grateful.
Keto and gratitude go together. You will be amazed once you realize that.
