Keto Spicy Wings


  • 40 Wings
  • 4 Tbs Olive oil
  • 2 Tsp White pepper
  • 2 Tsp Black pepper
  • 1.5 Tsp Real Salt
  • 3 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tsp Smokey Paprika


  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Spread all wings on trays with space in between to allow for even cooking and added crispiness.

  3. Sprinkle olive oil evenly over all wings.

  4. Cover wings with all spices evenly.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes. Check after 30 minutes since all ovens have different cooking times. When you remove the wings from the oven, be smart and take your own wings FIRST because otherwise, they may vanish before you get any!
