Keto Blueberry Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Plain Full Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 Oz Harlan's Granola
- Liquid Vanilla Sweet Leaf – to taste (1 dropper full)
- 1 Bunch of Fresh Blueberries
Instructions:
1. Using a tall glass, spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into the bottom of the glass
2. Sprinkle half the blueberries around on top
3. Spoon the other 1/4 cup yogurt on top
3. Sprinkle the other half of the blueberries over
4. Fill one dropper of liquid Vanilla Sweet Leaf and drip evenly over blueberry and yogurt
5. Top blueberries with the Harlan's Granola
