Keto Tuna Croquettes



  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl except for the avocado oil for frying in a pan

  2. Create 16 equal size patties in a platter, by making balls and pressing down firmly

  3. Heat up a skillet with avocado oil on medium-low heat

  4. Place croquettes in skillet a few at a time cooking for two minutes on each side, until golden

  5. Using a spatula gently remove from skillet and place on a leaf of lettuce and tomato 

  6. Top with a Tsp of Chipotle Lime Primal Kitchen Mayo

  7. Enjoy!
