4. Protein Intake
Always be watching your macros in Keto. If your protein intake starts to inch up, your weight loss can stall. Keep the protein to around 20% of daily calories.
5. Intermittent Fasting
We’ve talked about this a lot. It’s one of the best things you can do for yourself. Whether or not you are doing keto or not, I.F. is one of the most amazing things you can do for your long term health.
