So I go back to basics. What can I do to make my body the strongest and most resistant to the virus.
Well, starting with diet, if you are on keto, you are already on the right path.

Many doctors have found that their patients who have high vitamin D levels seem to get infected far less. They think it is a natural immune booster. I take 5000 iu a day, in the little liquid form. I haven’t had a sniffle in several years. Vitamin D is actually a hormone, not a vitamin.
Melatonin, which is a sleep hormone, also seems to have supportive effects in the immune system.
Fats and hormones go together like a hand in a glove. The fats in the keto diet help the hormones have plenty of building blocks. Low carb dieting and fasting for covid sets up the body for success.
There is another booster to the immune system.
Intermittent fasting is the secret weapon of boosting the immune system to new heights.
We know that intermittent fasting helps lose weight, which is wonderful. But there is a whole world of study on how it positively affects the immune system.
Just think about it. If you worked every minute of every day without a break, you would wear out completely after enough time.
Fasting gives your body time to recover and rest. When your system can rest, it can recuperate, recover, and rejuvenate.
The body was built to handle viruses, germs, etc. They are everywhere all the time. Some are worse than others. But our bodies are built to handle it, if we give it a chance.
