Low Carb Diet Failure Hurts

Weight Loss Failure Hurts.

You are used to looking in the mirror and not liking what you see. So you start on a weight loss diet.

You might go for a few days, or a couple of weeks, and it’s fine. But then life intervenes.

Something happens and you either slide out of your diet, or fall off.

It makes you feel even worse about yourself, like you are some kind of failure.

It’s a painful, sensitive topic. It probably has happened to you many times.

The first thing you need to know is this: It’s Not Your Fault.

You have very powerful forces pulling on you. Your genetics determine what kinds of foods work for you and which ones don’t.

If you go on a low calorie diet, you are pretty much spinning your wheels. You will be hungry and miserable most of the time, and IF you can lose the weight at all, it will probably come screaming back after you go off the diet.

It’s how the body works. You need a different way. One that lets you feel satisfied and happy, while the weight loss happens almost as an afterthought.

Your mental attitude is pretty much EVERTHING when it comes to any positive change you want to make in your life. Yes, low carb diet failure hurts, which brings us to my simple outlook about things:

Act, don’t react.

If you Act, you are taking charge. If you React, you are letting your environments tell you what to do.  What have your environments told you to do up until now?  Eat and then feel bad. You have to break that cycle.

When you ACT, you get up above your problems and look down at them.  You take control.

When you ReAct, you are under your problems…like being under water. Then you have no control.

You can’t break the cycle of reaction until you are ready. It’s just that simple.

But when you are ready, it really helps to have the right tools get the job done. You must have a plan.

The Keto lifestyle has changed thousands of lives, but the people had to make a conscious choice to start it and stay on it through the tough parts.

It’s tough enough to get on a healthy diet and stay on it.

Why make it harder by having no system or no understanding of what you are doing?

What foods do I buy?  How do I cook it?  When do I eat?  How much carbs, protein and fats do I  put in each meal?

These are questions that have been answered for you, so you don’t have to worry about it.

If you had a 100% complete Keto plan…meaning all meals and recipes already done for you, you could remove a huge mental weight. You could put all your energy into doing the diet, instead of worrying and thinking about counting calories, macronutrient amounts, WHAT to buy, how to fix it, etc.

It’s all been done for you and it’s available right now.

You could start your journey to the new you today.
