They use mozzarella cheese made from Water Buffalo milk. This could be huge for you if you react to milk.  Buffalo cheese does not react in the body the same way cow milk does.


You might be able to handle Buffalo Milk. You’ll have to try it to find out, but it works for me.


Romano’s Macaroni Grill sources their buffalo mozzarella cheese from the Lupara family. The Lupara’s believe that happy animals make happy milk, so they take very good care of them.


All the meats on this list must be ordered without sauce. Tell them to grill with only oil, salt, and or pepper. For sauces, the rosemary butter sauce is the only one that is keto approved.


For the dishes that come with pasta, you can ask them to substitute asparagus or broccolini.
