Today we are looking at two more Fast Food, or at least Medium Fast food places for you to find a keto meal that won’t knock you out of ketosis.
Bob Evans Restaurants, and Bojangles.
Bob Evans: 
They began as a sausage stand outside the Bob Evans farm in a little place called Rio Grande Ohio.
The made a commitment to keep their farm fresh beginnings alive in their menu.
However, even though they use fresh ingredients, nearly all their meat options contain sugar or grain.
The Salmon is the only protein that can be made with no sauce or marinade.
Top Keto Recommendation:
Grilled salmon topped with grilled mushrooms and broccoli on the side.

The second restaurant for keto eating out is Bojangles. I can tell you up front, don’t bother. If you are ever stuck there, it’s pretty slim pickings.
Recommended meal: Salad with the cheddar cheese and a lemon squeeze.
None of their meat offerings are OK.
All that’s left is cheese and veggies.
They have Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Cucumber, Lettuce, Tomato, and lemon wedges.
For drinks, Unsweetened Tea or water.
That’s it for keto eating out choices today. It's pretty thin at Bojangles, but there are so many others it's not a problem.
