Yeah, I know.  Bacon and eggs. It’s a great Keto breakfast, but for many, it will get old. Sooner or later you are going to want some variety.

Instead of having a cheat day on the weekend (NOT recommended), try changing up your normal routine and jump out of that rut.

Yogurt with toppings. Use full fat Greek Yogurt, full fat cottage cheese, sour cream, or Coconut Yogurt.

Many times, when your tongue is telling you it wants sugar, it really wants fat. If you get used to high fat  dishes without sugar, they will start to taste naturally sweet.

I was once in India years ago. I stayed with a local family. In India they have water buffaloes. These Water Buffalo are not the aggressive types that live in Africa. These are sweet, gentle giants. These water Buffalo have the most amazing feature. Their milk is 16% butterfat.

The richest cow milk is about 12%. Let me tell you, when you have yogurt made with 16% butterfat, it is like eating ice cream!

This family would serve us this yogurt for breakfast every morning. I can still taste it. As sweet and creamy as the most high end ice cream, but with NO sugar! Heavenly.

Back to your breakfast, you can dress up your base with toasted nuts, spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, get creative), or low carb berries. Raspberries, Blackberries, or Blueberries.

If you haven’t tried Chia seed pudding, you might really like it. I personally love it. There are recipes everywhere online to try.

There are also Keto granolas. You can find a great recipe for granola  Here. Or at

How about making a toasted nut mix, crushed up so in they have the same feel as cereal once you add in the nut or coconut milk.  You can sprinkle some of the Keto Granola into coconut or almond milk also.

Keto Oatmeal replacement.

There are many Keto Oatmeal replacement recipes online. We have one at our website at

It uses what look like unlikely ingredients, but give it a try. It’s yummy.

Waffles, Pancakes, Cream Cheese Pancakes

You can always easily whip up some super delicious Pancakes.   Go to our website and hover over the recipes tab in the menu at the top of the page. Look for the Lemon Raspberry Pancakes.

Whole Eggs, forget the hassle.

Forget about the hassle of separating the yolk and white. We want whole eggs since we want the fat. Also, we want the flavor. So yolk it up.

Use it as topping for anything, like a burger. Egg salad, or casseroles. Let your imagination run, just be sure to  keep it Keto.
