Keto at Olive Garden
Olive Garden™ is an American favorite Italian restaurant. Now, being Italian based, they have a ton of pasta. They even have a gluten free pasta now, though it is NOT keto or low carb.
They are the King Kong of Italian, with almost 900 restaurants around the world.
This is not a story of a small place that made it big. It was started by General Mills and became a big hit right out of the starting gate.
They and Red Lobster are owned by General Mills Inc. Both chains are quite popular. Olive Garden has had slightly slower sales recently, possibly because of growing awareness of the low carb diet benefits in weight loss and general health.
Keto at Olive Garden? Not a problem, even though you are surrounded by the enemy…pasta.
Just be sure to ask the waiter to season your meal with individual seasonings. Salt, pepper and garlic for example. Their seasoning blends and sauces are not Low Carb approved.

They then changed their slogan to “When you're here, you're family”. The newest slogan was came into play in early 2013. It is now, “We're all family here”.
