California Pizza Kitchens are not everywhere, like Burger King. But where they are, the people are lucky.

It’s a higher end lunch place, if you need a nice place to meet friends or business associates.

It’s also a nice place to go for dinner and feel like you are in a fine restaurant, without the super high bill at the end.

Unfortunately, like with most all pizza places, there aren’t any actual pizzas that fit our needs for keto.

Is California Pizza Kitchen's Cauliflower Crust Low Carb?

They have a Cauliflower pizza crust, but it contains wheat and has 50 carbs PER SERVING! So no, it's a big NO the cauliflower pizza.

Having said all that,  if you find yourself in a group going out for pizza, at least they do have plenty of non pizza keto approved items on the menu.

To stay keto at California Pizza Kitchen, you do have to ask them not to use any house seasoning blend or sauce. Tell them to only use salt, pepper, garlic, or olive oil.  Generally you want to stay with veggies, proteins, and zucchini noodles.
